1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreetOfy mobile application and associated web services operated by StreetOfy ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using StreetOfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

3. Description of Service

StreetOfy is a location-based mobile application that enables users to discover nearby retail shops, compare product prices, view real-time offers, navigate to stores via an interactive 3D map, rate and review shops, and bookmark favorite places.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

  • Must provide accurate registration information
  • Responsible for maintaining account security
  • Must be at least 13 years old
  • One account per person

5. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the StreetOfy mobile application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the service
  • Create derivative works based on the application

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms.

6. User-Generated Content

Users can submit ratings, reviews, and feedback within the app.

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
  • You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.

7. Location Services

Core features of the application require access to device location.

You consent to collection and use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disable location access through your device settings, but some features may not function as intended.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by StreetOfy. Map data provided by Mapbox under their terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Interfering with app operation or servers
  • Using automated systems or bots to access the service
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Using the service for any illegal purpose

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

  • We don't guarantee accuracy of shop information, prices, or availability.
  • We are not responsible for transactions between users and shops.

11. Limitation of Liability

StreetOfy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) to StreetOfy.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
